You can choose among the following payment options: 

  • Credit card, except American Express and Diners Club

  • Bank transfer. If you choose this option, once you confirm the order, we will send you our bank details where the bank transfer has to be done. Remind that we do not start to process the order until the payment is received.

  • Paypal

Even though we wish we could help you in that situation, if you receive a notification that says that your credit card has been rejected or “payment error, contact the merchant”, you should place the order again, contact your bank to know the reason for rejection or place the order using a different payment method.

You can simply reply to the order confirmation email sent, attaching the proof of payment, or you can write to help@selfpackaging.com

Discount coupons issued by SelfPackaging can be used as a method of payment to purchase from the website.

All you have to do is enter the promotion or discount code into the discount box at the point of purchase.

It's not possible to use a promo code while there's a promo on our website. That's why you can not use a promo code while sale season or any other kind of discount until the promo ends.
Just one promo code can be used at a time.
