SHIPPING INFORMATION

Flat Rate Shipping

  • We offer flat rate shipping in the following European countries: Spain (excluding the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla) for €10 taxes included, Mainland France, Italy (excluding Sicily and Sardinia), Germany for €15 taxes included. Depending on the order amount, you can choose UPS access point or home delivery. Countries not included in this list do not have flat rate shipping.
  • In orders delivered to countries outside the EU, the Spanish VAT (21%) is not included. The taxes or additional charges caused by the customs clearance will always be paid by the customer. In case the customer does not want to pay that charge, Selfpackaging will not be able to refund the order as the courier will not send it back.

How long will the delivery take?


It’s important to remember that the day the order is made does not count as a working day if the order is made after 10 in the morning.

Attention! If your order involves printing, you need to add another 5 working days to any type of shipping.

If purchases are made in these peak seasons (promotions, Black Friday, Christmas, etc.) there might be an increase in the lead time.

Shipments to Spain and Portugal (peninsula)

Ordinary Shipment: you will receive your order in 5 working days with MRW.
Express Shipment: you will receive your order in 3 working days with MRW.
Large volume Shipments: you will receive your order in 7 working days in pallet.
Shipments to Balearic Islands

Ordinary Shipment: you will receive your order in 5 working days with Correos.
Large volume Shipments: you will receive your order in 7 working days in pallet.
Shipments to Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla

Ordinary Shipment: you will receive your order in 10 working days with Correos.
Large volume Shipments: you will receive your order in 10 working days in pallet.
UE Shipments

Ordinary Shipment: you will receive your order in 7 working days with UPS. You can choose to receive it at home or at a collection point (UPS Access point)
Express Shipment: you will receive your order in 5 working days with UPS. You can choose to receive it at home or at a collection point (UPS Access point)
Shipments outside the EU

Ordinary Shipment: you will receive your order in 10 working days with FEDEX or UPS, depending on the destination, you can choose to receive it in your house or at a collection point (UPS Access point)

How much does the shipping cost?

The shipment costs vary depending on the location of delivery and are calculated automatically according to the volume and the weight of the order.
