Here are some guidelines that will help you create a print-ready file so the result is as expected:

1 - File format

The format of your images must be .JPG, .GIF, .PNG or .TIFF. These formats will allow for great quality results as long as the following advice is followed.

When you add the design, you are responsible for the content not leading to copyright infringement, make sure you have the right to use these images.

2 - Colours

Files must be sent in RGB. Images in CMYK or Pantone colours will be converted to this profile automatically.
Remember colours in print may differ depending on the paper you choose.

3 - Resolution:

Your image must be at a resolution of 300dpi, and mustn't go over 5MB.

So as to cover the full printing area we advise you to use images that are the same size or bigger than the printable area. If not, your image may turn out blurred or pixelated.

4- How it works:

You can create your design directly in the configuration panel and adjust the position of the image and/or text using the different options at your disposal. You may also do it by moving them over the photograph of the box. Drag and place it wherever you want within the printable area (make sure your design remains inside said area).

5- Shipping

The delivery time in custom printed cases is always a little longer. You must add 2 working days to our usual delivery deadlines (with the exception of box ref.2292, for its printing system may delay the production).

Important! With custom printed orders it is not possible to select Priority (shipping) services, for the production time cannot be reduced.
