ICS ONLINE is a family business with over 20 years in the market, we work for the company and for the end user, we are dedicated to the repair and maintenance of computers, phones and tablets, in addition to the sale of accessories, creating websites, online backups, sale and installation of management and office software, among many other things. We work constantly to always offer the best service, as we are backed by many years of experience in the sector. We are a company that is adapting to technological, social and economic changes.
How would you define what you do? What are your values?
Our values are clear, we always try to make the customer feel at home. We consider it very important to deal with each other and we know that there is no better publicity than word of mouth.
When a customer comes looking for a computer or a phone, we always try to see what their needs are and how much they want to spend. We try to sell them the best there is on the market, but always within their budget.
Not everyone can spend the same amount of money, and we have to serve everyone equally. Our goal is always to be close, both with companies and with the individual user.
It is also important for us the AFTER SALES service. We all businessmen like to sell and earn money, but it is very important to have a good after-sales service. To attend the customer in doubts or future problems that he may have. Although that does not mean an income, it is a very effective way of loyalty. We want the customer to buy more than once.
How important is packaging in your business?
For many years we have been working a lot online, and we believe that packaging is very important. I personally value very much the way a package arrives, as it also defines the way the company works.
It is not the same to receive a package in a brown box, wrapped in bubble wrap and without any kind of detail, than to receive it in a nice box, with the company’s logo, with a thank you card and a sweet.
We like the customer to see that we care about their order and that we appreciate it. In fact, many customers congratulate us and thank us for the special way they have received their order, because when ordering a Smartphone or an accessory they do not expect it to come with so much care.
How do you work to be sustainable in each job?
We know that there is a lot of competition, and for that we have to have very competitive prices, and today it is difficult because of the large surfaces that exist.
We are in difficult times and we wanted to adapt and we are now selling many iPhones or computers on display or refurbished.
In addition, refurbished devices are an ecological alternative, providing additional economic and social value in a sustainable and competitive way.
On both new and refurbished products, we have lowered our prices a lot, and we prefer to earn less, but sell more. In this way, people get to know us not only as a friendly company, but also for our low prices.
In the same way, on the website we have free shipping from 60 € and the cost of the web does not go up at all, despite having an elaborate packaging (keep in mind that each box, each wrapping paper, card and candy is an extra for us) but we know that the customer will appreciate it and will return to buy.
Next steps; Where are you headed?
Our main objective right now is to increase ONLINE sales, we want to grow in this sector, because now many people do their shopping from home.
Online commerce is booming and it is very important to grow with it in order to “survive” in the market.
We want that when people need an iPhone CPO, a computer or accessories they remember our websites. I say websites because we are using two, one for selling iPhones and accessories www.icserveis.com and another one for selling computers and components www.icserveis.es.
We could unify them, but we prefer to have two specialized departments in each sector. In the computer sector we are expanding a lot the GAMING sector, as there is more and more demand, and as I said before we are adapting to society.
