In order to print the labels we enclose Word templates which help you to place the logo properly, the photos or the sentences you would like to print. Each pack has its label template, adapted to its measurements.

If you want to use the metallic labels, you should take into account that it’s recommended not to print in light inks on them , because they don’t stand out enough.

When placing a custom printed order on our website, and accepting the following Commercial Conditions, will come to a binding agreement on both parties.

1. ORDERS AND SPECIFICATIONS
Custom printed orders may vary the final result as a consequence of the current multistandard colour models, specifically the RGB colour model when it is displayed on the computer screen and the CMYK colour model when printing. THE COLOUR DISPLAYED ON THE COMPUTER SCREEN MAY NOT MATCH EXACTLY WITH WHAT THE CUSTOMER WILL RECEIVE.rn
The company will describe some possible changes in the printing depending on the chosen color of the box. We can not guarantee that the colors displayed on the screen correspond exactly to the products you will receive.
2. DELIVERY
The estimated delivery period for custom printed orders will be, generally…

When you purchase a printed box choosing Express service, it's not a guarantee that you'll receive the order sooner because the time of production will depend on our printing house.
3. RETURNS, CANCELATIONS AND RESPONSABILITIES
A. CUSTOM PRINTED ORDERS CAN NOT BE RETURNED OR CANCELLED.
The customer will liable for the order once confirmed and they should accept the delivery.
For custom printed orders, we won’t be liable for the customer’s design uploaded on the website.
