Sweeten up your party with a cake box

Party coming soon? Surprise your guests with a box in the shape of a cake full of sweets and sweeten the party up.

You can find a variety of our boxes, like the amazing flower box and our spiral boxes. They’re very original and everyone will love them. The spiral box has two colours and looks like a two-flavoured sweet and the flower box looks like a small cupcake.

Today we will show you to transform the flower box into a little cake with a touch of sugar. This is a great idea to give away sweets and chocolates to your guests in your next party.

Materials:

 

– Flower box

– Spiral box

– Stripy paper bags

– Flag-shaped labels

– Ribbon or string

– Scissors

– Hot glue

– Glue stick

– Felt-tip pens

– Sweets

– Pencil

 

STEP BY STEP:

 

1. Unfold one of the stripy paper bags carefully separating the parts that are glued together. Now cut it in the shape of an octagon, the same size as the base of the box. Then, stick it on with glue.
2. Fold the box as instructed. Before closing it place the sweets or chocolates you want to give to your guests inside.

 

3. To close the centre of the box you can stick a red sweet or a small red pompom on with hot glue.
4. With the help of some colourful pens, draw small lines on the white area of the top of the box.

 

5. Now write the name of your guest on a tag in the shape of a flag.
6. Cut a piece of ribbon or string and tie the tag around the sweet or pompom at the top of the box.

 

If you combine the mini cake boxes with the red and white spiral boxes they will be a sure success for your party!
