When we organise a party or celebration, for our guests to have a good time and a fond memory of the event is very important. They key aspects of an unforgettable party are: good company, good food, good music and great pictures to remember the event in the future.
Not everyone likes taking photos, but everyone likes to have a good time. What if we combine both? We can create a fun atmosphere so our guests have loads of fun while taking photos.
How? With our cardboard prop frames!
The best thing about this prop frame is that we can decorate it in any way we like. Are you celebrating a birthday? A wedding? Prepare a different prop frame for each occasion!
A super post in collaboration with Esencia Gráfica.
A birthday prop frame
Materials:
- 1 Cardboard prop frame and decorative props (ref: I-PH1)
- “Cheese” and “Party time” letters (PDF folder)
- Cardboard capital letters (ref: I-LC3) for “Happy Birthday”
- Blue Dream Big foam clouds (ref: CL22)
- White, yellow and black paint
- Paintbrushes
- Paint container
- Tape
- Black permanent markers
- Straws
- Hot glue gun (ref: E.HE1)
- Scissors
Step by step:
- First, we paint the frame white with a paintbrush. Using the tape, we cover stripes so as to leave cardboard coloured diagonal lines.
- While the frame dries, we paint the “Happy Birthday” cardboard letters yellow and glue them with the hot glue gun to the bottom of the frame. We will stick the word “happy” to the biggest blue foam cloud. And we glue this cloud to the frame.
- We write the name of the person and their age in white so it stands out on the blue. Next, we glue the letters on the two smaller clouds. We also stick these clouds to the frame.
- Last of all, we paint the props (moustache, beard, glasses and bubbles). We glue a straw to the smaller accessories so they are easier to hold.
Once the paint is dry, we can write a word or funny sentence with a black marker. In the materials section you can download our proposals “cheese” or “party time” in PDF.
